Design

Our design services are divided in two group mechanical and architectural/civil:

Mechanical/Civil Design

• Water and Wastewater System - Our  professional team has experience in the planning, design and construction management of water transmission and distribution systems. ACVD applies innovative thinking, technical knowledge and experience according with PRASA and local regulations. ACVD engineering team hands-on experienced knowledge of water distribution, wastewater systems and pump stations.  

Architectural/Civil Design

• ACVD offers architectural design and engineering services complemented by compliance permitting and guiding our clients to address critical design requirements. Our professional teams work collaboratively with clients and partners to create inspiring spaces and places that achieve business goals, sustainable objectives and a memorable user experience. 

Certified Authorized Professional

Authorized professional services certify by Puerto Rico Permit Management Office. This services include the inspection and/or award of operational permits and general permits:

• Unified Operational Permit ("Permiso Unico")

• Construction Permits

• Fire Prevention Certification

• Enviromental Health Certification

• Liquor Sale License

 Construction Inspection

Our construction inspection services include: 

• Inspection and oversight the project development to ensure procedure and materials comply with plans and specifications  

• Examination of quality of installations for conformity to standards and specifications

• Conducting site meetings and ensure the contractors meet the project schedule

• Punch list preparation and monitoring of completion

• Keep record and maintain updated constructions log for RFI, Submittal, Construction Payment Certifications, Change Orders and Proposal. 

Construction Management

We will provide pre-construction, construction and project closure efforts to assure the completion of the work. We will work closely with the designer and the owner representative to ensure the quality of the design and guarantee the application of the required standard and design codes.
